From the South
From the A44, Rhayader to Aberystwyth turn right at the roundabout at Llangurig onto the A489/A470. At the roundabout on the Llanidloes bypass turn left and then turn right at the mini roundabout, go over the River Severn bridge and immediately turn left onto the B4518. Continue for 11 miles, passed Lyn Clywdog Reservoir and Staylittle, as you enter Pennant; take the first turning on your left(30 yards passed Pennant sign). The Old School House is 200 metres along the road on the right.

From the North
From Newtown proceed along the A489 towards Llangurig / Llanidloes, after about 6 miles turn right onto the A470 (just before level crossing). Continue through village called Carno, and after about 3 miles at Talerddig fork left sign posted Bontdalgadfan. Continue through Bontdalgadfan and turn left at the T-Junction (B4518). Proceed to Pennant, down over the bridge, then up the hill and turn right into a no through road. The Old School House is 200 metres along the road on the right.
